PERFORMANCE OF THE CHECK PROGRAM FOR WORKPLACE DRUGS TESTING IN THE AIRPORT
WORKERS
ABSTRACT. The recent laws that dispose the obligatory workplace drugs test
in different categories of workers, have forced the Occupational Doctor to
face new thematic for himself and the relatives legal problems. We want to
introduce the experience of the workplace drugs testing in the two main
airports of Lombardia. Here the controls as the legislative directives,
joined to a campaign of sensitization on the problem of the drug addictions,
have carried to the surveillance about thousand workers, all employees in
activity of driving of different motor vehicle, on the large square
aircrafts.

PA, nuove norme in materia di certificati
Dal 1 gennaio 2012 i certificati avranno validitą solo nei rapporti tra i
privati e le amministrazioni non potranno pił chiedere ai cittadini
certificati o informazioni gią in possesso di altre pubbliche
amministrazioni.
Da questa data, infatti, sono entrate in vigore le modifiche, introdotte
dall’art. 15 della legge di stabilitą 2012, relative alla disciplina dei
certificati e delle dichiarazioni sostitutive, contenuta nel Testo unico
delle disposizioni legislative e regolamentari in materia di documentazione
amministrativa (d.P.R. 28 dicembre 2000, n. 445).

profilazione pił dettagliata dell'utenza e di una digitalizzazione globale
