L’EFSA emana un nuovo parere scientifico sulla valutazione della possibile allergenicità degli OGM - Il gruppo di esperti scientifici sugli organismi geneticamente modificati (GMO) dell’EFSA ha adottato un parere scientifico in merito alle strategie per la valutazione del rischio di allergenicità di piante e microrganismi GM (geneticamente modificati) nonché di alimenti e mangimi derivati. Il parere rientra nel costante impegno dell’EFSA a garantire che le sue valutazioni del rischio riflettano sempre i più recenti sviluppi scientifici e affrontino il più vasto ventaglio di potenziali preoccupazioni. Le raccomandazioni contenute nel parere sono destinate ad aggiornare e a integrare la valutazione dell’EFSA sull’allergenicità di piante e microrganismi GM nonché di alimenti e mangimi derivati. more ...Fonte.
